就业监测和政策仿真子实验室_简介
就业监测和政策仿真实验室旨在利用大数据、机器学习以及大语言模型等人工智能算法，实现劳动经济学、社会保障、人力资源管理、劳动关系、大数据科学、人工智能等学科的交叉融合。通过实时描述、分析和预测就业指数，构建基于大语言模型的智能体进行公共政策仿真，为决策者提供科学决策支持，促进智慧治理。该实验室能促进学校传统优势学科劳动经济管理与人工智能、大数据、云计算等深度融合，是推动学校“新文科”与“新工科”交叉融合的路径探索。
